I was so stressed trying to deal with all the aged care paperwork and the logistics of finding a care home for Dad.  So after my first meeting with Savannah and her team, my stomach started to relax.  Having a broker assist with all the paperwork and finding a home was the best thing we could have done.  Dad is in a beautiful home and being well cared for, thanks to Savannah and Melissa.  Melissa was absolutely fantastic she was there to assist us with all the details of admission, and when everything is so daunting it is so nice to have someone who knows the aged care system to keep you calm.  Once the brokers were engaged things moved very quickly.  Couldn't recommend Retirement Care Solutions enough they were exceptional in the service.

We engaged Savannah of Retirement Care Solutions to find a suitable retirement village after our own efforts were not successful. We found Savannah had a wide knowledge of the industry and escorted us around a number of facilities by collecting us and returning us home. Always friendly and attentive, Savannah provided excellent client service and went above and beyond what we expected. She was always accessible.
We are now settled in our retirement home and are very happy thanks to Savannah.

To navigate what I would call the convoluted Aged Care system on your own particularly during a highly emotional time is almost impossible.
From Retirement Care Solution's earliest advices on preparing my Mum's affairs, through the search for a suitable Aged Care facility for her and her ultimate placement took so much stress out of the process for me.
Savannah leads a small but versatile team of knowledgeable and willing individuals including Steph who walked me through so many stages of the process to Melissa who searched and found so many accommodation options to chose from for my Mum, Jean.
The prospective costs of each option were made clear to me by Savannah. Inspections of selected options were well managed. I couldn't be happier where we landed and with Savannah's service, commitment and follow up throughout these difficult times.
My Mum is happy which is a great outcome.

We were caught off guard when our brother was  suddenly admitted to hospital and remained there for some time. It quickly became obvious, that he could no longer care for himself and required constant care. We very quickly discovered that finding somewhere suitable was going to be no easy ask. Everywhere we turned was just a problem. We had no idea how to navigate this difficult process. We were told repeatedly that our brother would not qualify for an acat assessment, but Savannah was tenacious in efforts to secure one for us. Upon receiving this, Savannah and her team left no stone unturned in their efforts to secure suitable accommodation for our brother. Savannah 's team constantly kept us updated on options available and costs. Their knowledge of government regulations and facilities  available made us very confident that they would achieve a favourable outcome. Our brother is now very happy with his new accommodation and we are confident that he is being well cared for. Savannah even called into our house  several times to discuss matters, when it was sometimes difficult to attend her office.
Without the help of Savannah and her team, there is no way that we would have achieved such a favourable outcome. They genuinely give you the impression that they are working solely for you.

Five Stars to Savannah and the team at Retirement Care Solutions. During an especially challenging time with our Mum, Savannah provided clear, thorough and gentle guidance for supporting Mum into an aged care placement. She was like our third sister. Savannah has invaluable knowledge of the aged care homes in the area, she arranged appointments and handled the administrative aspects of securing a placement. While Savannah was a great support to us, most importantly she truly cared for our Mum and worked in Mum's best interests.
